Rose

Rose is a nine year old mare at our ranch. She is currently part of our lesson program, and was started by my daughter Maddie. Rose was used in 4H for one year by Maddie, before she switched to using Cowboy for 4H.

Rose was intended to be Maddie's Colt to Maturity project for 4H, but Maddie was to young (in the eyes of the 4H handbook). Maddie still started Rose by herself, and rode her on many trail rides that first year of Rose being ridden. Maddie loved Rose, but wanted the experience with many other horses before choosing a steady.

Rose continued to be ridden by many others and loves everyone she meets.
